Oh, hi.

You've been hoarding that PTO. Let's spend it.

I plan Disney, Universal, cruises, and cities worth your limited PTO. You do the resting. I handle everything that turns a trip into a second job. No listicles, no winging it at baggage claim.

About Sierra

Hi! I'm Sierra!

I'm a travel advisor with Suitcase Social Club Travel, and I live in Pittsburgh with my husband and our gaggle of animals.

I plan Disney, Universal, and cruises, and I build custom city trips for people who've figured out that a good vacation is a skill, not a personality trait. Most of my clients are burnt-out millennials and younger Gen-X who've been saving their PTO for a someday that keeps not coming.

The planning is the part that stops people. The sixty-day dining windows, the crowd calendars, the low-grade dread of booking the wrong week. That's the part I actually like. You focus on the trip. I'll handle the rest.

My mother says I'm a compulsive researcher, and she's right. And what I don't know, I'll find out.

Everything but the packing.

Custom Itineraries

Dollywood for the cinnamon bread, or the English village your great-great-great grandfather left. You tell me the vibe, I make it happen.

2

In-Depth Destination Knowledge

My mother says I'm a compulsive researcher, and she's right. I learn every square inch of a place. And what I don't know, I'll find out.

You can put down a deposit and pay the trip off before you leave. I'll help you find what works for your budget. No judgment, no kidney required.

4

On-Site Support

Get to Magic Kingdom and feel underwater? I'm reachable. Resort not what you expected? I'll deal with Guest Services. You focus on the churro.

5

Travel Guides & Packing Lists

Once you're booked, I send a custom guide for your destination, packing lists, and everything worth knowing before and during the trip.

6

Group Travel Coordination

Girls' trip to Cancun or a multigenerational Disney cruise, I keep the group organized and everyone mostly happy. Within reason. I can't get you a Hemsworth.

What I Do

The trips I plan the most.

Disney & Universal

Parks strategy, dining, Lightning Lanes, rope-drop plans, and rest days built in. Kids or no kids, you show up and enjoy it instead of managing it.

City Trips

You've been obsessed with visiting Chicago ever since you read about Molly the American Girl Doll. Now's the time. You tell me where you want to go and what matters to you, and I build the trip around how you actually travel.

All-Inclusives & Cruises

Want to switch your brain off completely? No Lightning Lanes, no 6am alarms. An all-inclusive, a good excursion, or the right cruise is how you actually beat the burnout.

FAQs

Real talk.

Aren't travel advisors expensive? How much extra is this going to cost me? +
Generally? Nada. Nil. Zip. For any Disney or Universal property, an all-inclusive, a cruise, and so on, those companies pay me. The advisor commission is already baked into their prices whether you book yourself or let an expert handle it, so you may as well save yourself the time. I do charge a planning fee for custom itineraries to more off-the-beaten-path places. Often it costs you less to plan through me, because I'm a nerd about finding the best deals without sacrificing quality.
Why can't I just do this all myself? +
You can. I'm not stopping you. But you're paying for a travel advisor either way, it's baked into the price. With me you also get the tips, the guides, the packing lists, and a brain that won't stop researching your trip.
So, how does this all work? +
First, fill out my intake form so I get a sense of what you're after. I'll set up a time to chat, on Zoom or the pocket computer we used to call a phone. We'll go deeper on your trip, your budget, and your vibe, and I'll get started on a plan. Once it's in place and you love it, you submit a deposit and we set everything in motion. I'm available for questions before, during, and after the trip.
When should I start planning a trip? +
Six to twelve months before you want to go is ideal, but I've pulled together some great short-notice trips to places like Nashville, Myrtle Beach, and Atlanta.
Do I really need travel insurance? Can you help with that, too? +
Yes, you really need travel insurance, and yes, I can help.
How do I know you're not just trying to sell me expensive stuff to make more commission? +
Because I want you to have a great trip, and I wouldn't have repeat clients if I only worked in my own interest. Plus I don't have the patience to be a bad person.
